Information you choose to share

An enquiry can include your name, contact details and information about the service you are considering. We use relevant correspondence to respond and discuss the request. Please share only what is needed for that purpose, and avoid sensitive personal records or images of other people unless you are authorised to provide them.

If you contact us through an email link, your email application and provider handle that message under their own arrangements. A link does not add you to a marketing list. We do not treat a service question as permission to publish your message, photographs or personal details.

Website delivery and privacy requests

This website uses locally served photographs and presentation files, without embedded advertising or analytics services. The hosting provider may process technical connection records when files are requested, including network address, time and requested resource. Those records depend on the hosting arrangement used for the website.

You may request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your correspondence through the published contact email. We may need enough information to locate the relevant exchange. Any applicable legal retention duties are considered when responding. Avoid sending identity documents until an appropriate need and secure method have been established.
